The office is conveniently located near two expressways (94 and 294) with easy access from city and suburbs. There is ample free parking. 
 

From Chicago: take 94 West toward Wisconsin. Exit Lake Ave West. Make right turn on Waukegan (north). Office is on right hand side (east side of the street) two blocks north from Lake Ave (just past Trader Joe’s and right after a gas station).
 

From 294 going north: toward Wisconsin exit on Willow. Right turn on Willow(east). Make another right turn on Waukegan (south). The office will be on left side of the street (east) past Chesnut Ave.
 

From suburbs north: Take 94/41 east. Exit Skokie Blvd. Turn right on Lake Ave (west) Make right turn on Waukegan (north). Office is on the right hand side (east side of the street) two blocks north from Lake Ave (just past Trader Joe’s and right after gas station).

Appointments must be cancelled 24 hours in advance otherwise, there is a fee of $70.00 for the missed appointment for the time reserved for each client.
